Tiong Bahru Sketchwalk again, but first in 2012

We arrived slightly early at Tiong Bahru to have breakfast before the sketch walk. However after sending people off to their respective locations, Andrew Tan Tsun Wen wanted to eat (as usual) so we accompanied him to Tiong Bahru Food Center for breakfast. We all sketched the food center too. Here's the sketch... I have not done one of the food center yet so this one is worth it.

Then we were on our way to our designated destination but decided to stop short at Moh Guan Terrace... where I always wanted to sketch Block 78, where the infamous fish ball  noodle stall is. I did a quick line drawing of the block and proceeded to paint... but the weather was getting warmer each second. I was so tempted to paint in the studio but heck, I brought all my paints already. The result was ok in my opinion. Anyway it was fun.
