Hong Kong - my memories of the country went back to 1995 when I was an engineer sent to the US for a short training in 3 weeks. My colleague and I stopped over at Hong Kong to see what was it like 2 years before China took over the country in 2 years time. We spent 3 days shopping and eating to our hearts out. Vaguely I remembered Hong Kong as a very congested city, many houses were kind of dilapidated; toys of all sorts, yummy food (esp dim sum or morning tea to the locals) and double decker electric trams. I love all these because they give the place its flavor. I would love to go back again, and visit Disney at the same time.
