When an awesome artist uses a pen and uses it well, you want it, thinking that by having it you can draw like that awesome artist. Every time you meet an awesome artist, the first question to ask is, "what did you use to do that awesome drawing or painting?" Instead of asking him his philosophy or process of working, we are more interested in what he or she uses. Most of the time when we get our hands on that particular tool that was used to make that awesome art, and tried it, the result may not be what we are expecting... and almost immediately, we think the tool is not effective. The next thing we do is out hunting for the ultimate tool again. The vicious cycle goes on and on.
